Ingredients: Daiichi Smoked Pork Belly, Water, Your Choice of spices for seasoning and vegetables/ugali/rice to serve
Method:
1. Add 1 cup of water to a pot/sufuria. Make sure its at 1/4 level of your pot/sufuria.
2. Season your Daiichi smoked pork belly with your choice of seasoning. It can be paprika, pepper and salt.
3. Put in the smoked pork belly and cover the pot/sufuria. The water is meant to steam the meat and ensure its tender. Let it cook for 30 mins.
4. Serve with your ready Vegetables/Ugali/Rice.
