Let's make a Home-made Pork Burger #DaiichiPremiumPork
 
Ingredients: 1.5kg Daiichi boneless pork hand, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt, 150ml apple juice, 250g white cabbage, 50g carrot, 50g red onion, 75g mayonnaise, 2 tsp dijon mustard, Bread Buns
 
Method:

1. Place the pork into a deep oven proof dish. Rub the spices and salt all over the joint, then pour the apple juice into the base of the dish.

2. Cover tightly with foil and cook in the oven for 4 hours.

3. If not completely tender and falling apart, return to the oven and continue to cook, checking every 30 minutes. Remove from the oven then discard any fat. Shred the pork with two forks.

4.Cut the White Cabbage, Red Onion and Carrots. Make sure they are finely shred and add them to a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and dijon mustard and mix them up. Your coleslaw is ready to go.

5. Cut your bread buns, grill them if you like, then put your shredded/pulled pork and add coleslaw on top. Enjoy your home-made burger :)
