Let's make Spicy Pork Fillet #DaiichiPremiumPork
Ingredients: 1Kg Daiichi Pork Fillet, 3Tbsp hot chili paste, 2Tbsp brown sugar,1 piece ginger (finely grated),1 garlic clove (finely grated), 3Tbsp soysauce,
2Tbsp sesame oil,3Tbsp vegetable cooking oil, salt, 2 carrots (thinly sliced), 1bunch Collard greens "sukuma wiki" (leaves sliced)
1. Combine the hot chili paste, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. Thinly slice the pork fillet. Add to marinade and seal. Let sit for 2 hours
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan. When oil is very hot, add half of pork in a single layer; season lightly with salt. Cook, until dark brown underneath, about 1 minute. Toss pork, breaking up with tongs or a wooden spoon, and continue to cook, tossing, until cooked through, about 1 minute more. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with to cook the remaining pork (if any).
3. Heat vegetable oil in the pan. Add carrots and cook in a single layer, until beginning to soften and brown underneath. Add collard greens and toss to wilt. Cook, tossing occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
4. Serve the steamed rice and add the pork as well as carrots on top.
