Pork Mince Stir-fry quick recipe #DaiichiPremiumPork
 
Ingredients: Daiichi Pork Mince, green beans, shallot stems , ginger , vegetable oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar,  chilli bean sauce 
 
Method:
  1. Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Put the cut green beans in boiling water with a pinch of salt for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add vegetable oil to fry pan set over medium high heat. Stir fry the shallots and ginger until fragrant, but before ginger starts to burn, add the mince pork and stir fry, breaking mince up as you go.
  4. When the mince is almost cooked through, add the green beans and stir fry. Add the Sauce ingredients and continue to stir fry until the mince is cooked through and the sauce is evenly distributed through the green beans and mince.
  5. Serve immediately with rice. Yummy!
