Let's make Spicy Pork Meatballs #DaiichiPremiumPork
Ingredients: 1Kg minced pork ,1 egg (beaten),1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs, 2 green onions (finely chopped), 4 cloves garlic (pressed), 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 2 teaspoons butter, 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup honey,1.5 tablespoons soy sauce, Tabasco (optional)
1. Combine the pork mince with the beaten egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, 1 of the cloves of pressed, and the salt and pepper. Using your hands, mix until all ingredients are well blended.
2. Shape the pork mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet.
3. Heat the oven to 400 F and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink.
4. Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is foamy, add the remaining 3 cloves and cook, stirring, for about 1 minute. Add the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and tabasco(optional). Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 1 minute.
5. Add the sauce in a serving dish with the meatballs, serve with rice and a side vegetable for a meal. Tasty!
